New year, new me. Let me take a wild guess, you want to lose weight, lead a healthier lifestyle, start Yoga? Don’t we all, but hey there is absolutely nothing wrong with making New Year resolutions – the problem is that only 8% of us actually follow them through to completion.
Why? Mainly because most of us set more resolutions than we can chew and therefore set ourselves up for a loss from the start.
It makes perfect sense to want to set more than one goal but we need to ask ourselves if they are achievable alongside our extremely busy lifestyles. Achieving our goals is meant to be fun and bring us happiness not more stress!

Led by our founder and Yogi Lucy Boulton, we will be sharing our Yoga pose of the day with you every morning at 7am across our social media channels starting 1st January. These poses will be easy, effective, child friendly and quicker than making an almond latte!
Everyone has heard of the wonderful benefits of Yoga and now is the perfect time to jump on the band wagon. It’s a fact that we are more likely to achieve our goals if we have a strong supportive team behind us so that is why we want to get everyone involved and smash the #LunaChallenge together.
